❌ Prohibited Behaviour

Zero Tolerance Policy

The following behaviours will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:

Harassment or Bullying: Any form of intimidation, threats, or persistent unwanted contact
Discrimination: Prejudice based on race, gender, religion, nationality, age, disability, or sexual orientation
Violence or Threats: Any physical violence or credible threats of harm
Fraud or Scams: Attempting to deceive others for financial or personal gain

Inappropriate Content

Offensive, explicit, or inappropriate images and messages
Spam, excessive promotional content, or irrelevant posts
False information or misleading claims about events or activities
Content that promotes dangerous or illegal activities

Unsportsmanlike Conduct

Cheating, rule manipulation, or unfair play
Poor sportsmanship, including excessive arguing with referees or officials
No-shows to events without reasonable notice
Deliberately excluding others based on personal biases

⚖️ Enforcement

First Warning

Educational message and guidance on expected behaviour

Temporary Suspension

1-30 day suspension depending on severity

Permanent Ban

Complete removal from platform for serious violations

📞 Appeal Process

If you believe you've been unfairly penalized, you can appeal by:

Emailing appeals@sports-loop.com within 14 days
Providing detailed explanation of your perspective
Including any relevant evidence or context

All appeals are reviewed by our independent community board.
