Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use Sports Loop. This page says what we support today, where we know we fall short, and how to tell us about a problem.

What we aim for

We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA on this website and in the app. We haven't had an independent accessibility audit, so we can't yet say we fully meet it.

In the app

  • Text follows the text size you choose in your phone's settings, including the larger accessibility sizes
  • The app uses your phone's own font
  • Buttons and other controls are designed to be at least 44 points in size
  • It works in light and dark mode

Known limits

  • We haven't tested every screen with VoiceOver or TalkBack, so some may not read out clearly
  • Some images on this website don't have full descriptions yet

Tell us about a problem

If something in the app or on this website doesn't work for you, email support@sports-loop.com. It helps if you tell us:

  • what you were trying to do and where it went wrong
  • your phone or computer, and the app or browser version
  • any assistive technology you use
